Ms Mankone Ntsaba holds an MSc. degree in Geography, specialising in Water Resources Management, and serves as the Chairperson and Trustee of Kagiso Trust (KT). She has served as a non-executive director at Kagiso Tiso Holdings.  She also serves as a member of the Board of Rand Water the Board of Trustees of the Rand Water Provident Fund. Ms Ntsaba started her career as an educator and then as a lecturer at both the Universities of Zululand and Transkei. Ms Ntsaba is the founder of, and management consultant at Tsinde Development Consultants. She spent over ten years as a researcher and consultant at the CSIR. She has also spent time as a management training facilitator at the National School of Government. Ms Ntsaba is a former member of the Ministerial Advisory Council at the then Department of Water Affairs and Forestry (DWAF). Over the years she contributed immensely to the establishment of several NGOs and CBOs whose purpose was to facilitate access to economic empowerment and poverty eradication in rural areas.
